DESCRIPTION:The course is designed for Technologists and Nurses to enhance their expertise in applying radiopharmaceuticals for AD and MCI diagnosis in nuclear medicine. Participants will learn radiation protection principles\, radiolabelling procedures\, and waste management. The program also covers novel PET radiotracers for molecular diagnosis of neurocognitive disorders. Additionally\, the course addresses patient and caregiver management and the role of Technologists in operating SPECT and PET equipment for AD and MCI imaging. Any refund will take place after the respective course. EANM will not be held liable for cancellation fees of hotels\, airlines or other means of transportation.
