What we do together

We regularly organize joint webinars, where ESMIT and partner societies present complementary perspectives on key topics in nuclear medicine. These sessions foster dialogue between professionals from different fields, promote knowledge exchange, and highlight the diversity of approaches across disciplines and regions.

Looking ahead, ESMIT aims to broaden these collaborations by offering tailored educational courses for other societies — particularly for professionals from related areas who may benefit from specific training in nuclear medicine.

Whether it’s an introduction to hybrid imaging, theranostics, or the clinical applications of nuclear medicine, we can adapt our educational offer to match your members’ interests and level of expertise.

Examples of past collaborations

• Annual ESMIT–JSNM Webinar: Every year, we join forces with the Japanese Society of Nuclear Medicine to explore topics of shared interest. In 2024, we hosted “Japanese vs European View on Amyloid Imaging and Therapy”, a session that brought experts from both sides together for an open exchange of ideas and practices.

• ESMIT–EONS Webinars: In 2025, we also partnered with the European Oncology Nursing Society (EONS) for two joint webinars, highlighting the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration in patient care and education.
